1. What is the BookBox app about?  
   BookBox app offers a unique experience of fun and edutainment through interesting animated stories that we call AniBooks.
2. What is an AniBook?  
   AniBooks are animated books with Same Language Subtitling. Along with the animated story, subtitles are added in the same language as the audio; these subtitles change color in perfect sync with the story narration.
3. What is the benefit of SLS?  
   'Same Language Subtitling' or SLS effectively accelerates the development of reading skills. Reading becomes absolutely inescapable while viewing a story, so here's a perfect combination of fun and learning!

Free Stories

1. What can I watch in the previews?  
You get to watch the first bit of the story which is about a minute and half long. This is to give you a glimpse of the stories we offer so that you can purchase the stories you like most.
2. How many free stories are available?  
• BookBox English: three free stories are available for viewing.
• BookBox Spanish: two free stories are available for viewing.
• BookBox French: two free stories are available for viewing.
• BookBox Mandarin: two free stories are available for viewing.

Story Purchase

1. How many stories are available for purchase?   
   We offer 11 stories in each of the languages offered. More stories will be added to this list shortly.
2. How do I purchase a story?  
• Click on the 'BUY $1.99' button. The app will contact 'App Store' and you will receive a purchase prompt for the story along with its details (Title and language).
• Tap the 'OK' button to confirm the purchase. You will get a confirmation message from the 'App Store' saying 'Purchase Success'.
• Click 'OK' to continue and download the story.
3. How do I download the purchased story?  
• After a successful purchase, the 'BUY' button changes to 'Download'. Click on the 'Download' button.
• A progress bar is shown to indicate the download progress. Once the download is complete the story is unlocked. Click on the thumbnail image to play the story.
4. What does the 'Share Story' button do?   
   With the 'Share Story' button, you can share a link to this app with your friends via email.
5. What does the 'Stay Informed' button do?   
   We value your views and would like to have your feedback. Use 'Stay Informed' to give your feedback.

Errors

1. What could cause a 'Purchase error'?  
Sometimes, the 'App Store' is unable to respond to purchase requests from the app due to heavy internet traffic. In case of 'Purchase error', please wait and try purchasing after some time.
2. How to deal with download errors?  
You may come across a download failure due to internet congestion problems. You will have to wait and attempt the download again.
